Mori Seiki MT2000a1
This was our first machine as Crucial Gear. It is a 9 axis, twin spindle, with a lower turret and a B axis milling spindle with 12000 RPM. We can handle very complex parts in this machine with as little as two work holds.
Mazak Hyperquadrex HQR150MSY
This is a high-speed twin spindle twin turret 9 axis lathe with a bar feeder and a part grabber. This machine is made for high volume lights out manufacturing. It can handle up to 2" diam through the spindle. This machine can outperform screw machines in some cases.

Mazak VCN 570C
This is our high end super accurate and precise 4 axis mill with probing. We are able to machine very complex and large parts in this machine. We are also able to inspect and verify geometry in the machine to make sure our process is good and eliminate bad parts. 15000 rpm spindle and fast rapids makes this a very capable machine.
